Kitchen Supervisor/Sous Chef: This full-time role will work with kitchen staff, rotate through different departments, train staff, order product, and ensure items are produced per recipe and order specifications. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience in management in the food service industry. Pay range: $12-14/hour.
Kitchen Staff/Prep Cook: This part-time position will be responsible for entry level prep and production including prep of produce, trimming meats, and following standardized recipes. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in the food service industry. Pay range: $10-12/hour.
Event Service Staff: On-call servers and bartenders to set up, service, and tear down events. Hourly rate: $12/hour starting rate, scales based upon experience.
Banquet Captain: This on-call position will be responsible for managing assigned events from start to finish, including planning, meeting with sales and production managers, and working the events onsite. $16/hour starting rate, scales based upon experience.
Porter: This part-time position is responsible for loading and unloading event vehicles before and after each event. This includes washing dishes and equipment, restoring inventory to its proper location, and recovering the warehouse after busy weekends. Nights and weekends required. Pay range: $10-$12/hour.
Baking Assistant: This full-time position will scale, mix, bake, and properly store and rotate baked goods. Prior experience in food service a plus. Pay range: $10 - $12/hour.
Nourish Retail Staff: This part-time role will assist customers in retail market and over the phone. Ideal candidate will prioritize the customer service experience and have prior sales experience. Shifts are Monday - Friday, some Saturdays required 9:30 AM - 4 PM. Pay range: $10 - $12/hour.
Nourish Manager: This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the subscription customer database and retail staff in the market, as well as the kitchen prep team. Ideal candidate will prioritize the customer service experience and have at least 3 years of sales or marketing experience, along with at least 1 year of management experience. Pay range $14 - $15/hour.
